Service Description

This is a kids martial arts class workshop, set to teach fighter the basics for Muay Thai/Kickboxing!  These classes involve games and exercises, that aim to help and build the fighters footwork, hand-eye coordination, punches, kicks and throws, through various drills, pad work, games and "bang-style" training. Ultimately designed to instil and teach the essence of fun, self-discipline, self-respect, confidence and play!
